I am a psychotherapist, child and adolescent development expert, and parent.
Stop Parenting Alone was founded on the idea that with the right information, parents always make the right choices for their children. I apply information and research in attachment theory, interpersonal neuro-biology, child-parent psychotherapy and real life parenting experiences towards the goal that each family find their authenticity and become their truest selves. My mission is for all parents to fall in love with their parenting journey.

Classroom observations
I will observe your child in their classrooms. Parents then receive a full report with assessments and recommendations for the school, teachers, and parents. A parenting consultation is required before Lina observes a child in their classroom. Call to Schedule
