I am a psychotherapist, child and adolescent development expert, head of school and parent.
Stop Parenting Alone was founded on the idea that with the right information, parents always make the right choices for their children. I apply information and research in attachment theory, interpersonal neuro-biology, child-parent psychotherapy and real life parenting experiences towards the goal that each family find their authenticity and become their truest selves. My mission is for adults to fall in love with the task of guiding children.
