We are psychotherapists, child and adolescent development experts, and parents.

Stop Parenting Alone ™ is a Miami-based parenting & therapy center founded on the idea that with the right information parents always make the right choices for their children.  We apply information and research in attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, child-parent psychotherapy and real life parenting experiences towards the goal that each family find their authenticity and become their truest selves.  Our mission is to change the world one family at a time.

Lina has created a safe and nurturing little place where you feel warmth and comfort by the knowledge and empowerment you receive from the experts. Finding Lina and her team was heaven sent for us.
